RETURNS, EXCHANGE AND REFUNDS

You can return or exchange an item by post within 21 days of receipt.

Customers requiring to return or exchange unwanted orders must pay the return postage cost at their own cost.

To return an item by post, please send items in their original condition to:

We expect most parcels to be refunded within 7 days of reaching us, please note this does not include your bank's processing time. We will email you to let you know once your parcel has been received and your refund has been processed.

The refund will be processed once your goods are received into our office and in original condition. We do not refund used items. Please note that the time taken for the refund to show in your account will depend on your bank or card issuer's processing time. Each item returned is refunded separately, and will show on your statement as a refund / credit from 4bysix.com.

 

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. If you paid via Paypal this will be credited back into your Paypal account, with credit card back to your credit card, apple pay back to apple pay etc. If your card expires before we process your refund please contact Customer Care with your order number, postcode and new card details.

You also have the right to cancel your contract with us and return your items by post within 14 calendar days from the day after the date you received your order. 

UNDELIVERED ORDERS & REDELIVERY 

If your order/parcel was returned back to us because an incorrect address was provided, then the redelivery cost of your parcel will have to be covered by you, the customer.

If any order/parcel was attempted for delivery but was not followed up by the customer, again the same rules follow- any redelivery cost will be paid by the customer.
